MVNOs have become popular in the past year, as big brands develop new mobile services to target niche markets that the larger mobile phone operators aren't reaching. For instance, Disney Mobile is going after families and Virgin Mobile is catering to teenage thumboarders.
Helio uses the wireless infrastructure of Sprint Nextel to deliver its service specially targeted at the young and trendy. A service which is voluntarily focusing on providing easy access to Internet mobile phone content, such as games music and videos.
Sky Dalton CEO of Helio explains "It's a service that has been custom-built for the lifestyle of young people who have their mobile device at the center of their universe."
Sounds to me like a Crickee friendly MVNO.
