Stop Talking to Machines and Talk to a Real Human

Bringo
Originally uploaded by crickee.
Are you tired of dialing 1-800 numbers and not being able to get through to a human who can help you?
Bringo cuts through all of that so you don't have to. That's right, Bringo has conquered phone trees.

Here's how it works:
  • Find the company you'd like to call by category.
  • Enter your phone # (they will never disclose your phone number to anyone, not even your mother!).
  • Wait a few seconds while Bringo navigates the phone tree.
  • When they call you back, pick up your phone and you're done. No more phone trees.
Ready to get started?
  • Click here to list all categories of companies.
  • Click here for an alphabetical list of all companies.
Crickee's Tip: Go to this page and speak to a mobile phone company representative to check on your existing cell phone account, obtain new mobile service, or inquire about mobile telephony and mobile data rates and services.
At this time you can't speak directly with Crickee, but if you send an email to [info[at]crickee.com] or leave your message here and a real human will answer!

Crickee goes to the suburbs

Les Loges en Josas
Originally uploaded by crickee.
I drove out of Paris last week to meet some teenagers for a Crickee Focus Group. Our meeting took place in this beautiful village in the Yvelines Les Loges en Josas just 20 minutes drive from the mad rush of Paris and where you look out of your windows onto beautiful pastures full of grazing cows.

Young Nicolas explained to me that he has a blocked monthly tariff for his Samsung and went on to say :"the other evening a whole group of us were meeting in front of the town hall, then the group broke up and some of us went to hang out by the church (see pic). When we wanted to get together again we had to make a call which lasted all of 10 seconds but which my operator charged me a whole minute for. That would have been the ideal moment to use Crickee".

Nicolas has learnt to stay real with Crickee!

Dad & Mum!

Dad & Mum!
Originally uploaded by crickee.
The other evening, I was talking with my dad and mum about Crickee. I was sayin' that they were not a target prospect base because too old to use intensively SMSs.. What did I say!

They went mad! Who d'you think we are they said!

Immediately, (it was 10 PM) they took their brand new V600i Sony and asked me to invite them to Crickee free sms world. They installed it without my help but with their glasses...;o). At 10:02 PM, we started exchanging free messages!

Dad is 72 and runs a sattelite communication provider from Paris and Dubaï (Thuraya and Inmarsat).
Mum is Mum (don't she look like her?)! she knows every thing about SMS and Ipods and what my kids do. She exchanges Crickee SMS with them now.
Good for my kids (and for me!) because I will be reducing my monthly traditionnal invoices from 50€ (300 units/months) to 5€ (equivalent to 2000 Crickee SMSs).
Yo Dad! Yo Mum!
