Be willing to communicate together, respectful of shared values in a convivial environment, is the essential condition to become a Crickee member.
These Guidelines are established to fix the cornerstone principles under which each Crickee member abide.
1) Crickee says NO:
- To aggression and verbal violence
Communicate with other users as you would like them to communicate with you if you were physically with them, except of course, if you usually behave aggressively and violently, including in face-to-face discussions.
In which case, we encourage you to moderate yourself when you are on Crickee!
You cannot badger or insult another member who refuses to communicate with you or because he's got ideas, practices or beliefs different from yours.
Do not initiate shocking conversations with obscene or pornographic purposes on public chats. There are many specific sites worldwide that dedicate to this; it is not Crickee's purpose.
To illegal acts
Crickee is based in France. Therefore you must respect French laws. Any behavior transgressing the French legislation will be reported to the proper authorities.
- To spam
Do not send mass message and of “copy-paste" message.
If you want to communicate with one or more people, send them at least personalized messages. First it is more convivial; And especially it improves your chances to establish relationships with other Crickee members.
Just like you do not appreciate to be spammed, do not spam others.
Crickee does not have any vocation to keep members who try to sell products, other sites, or their own person by sending messages being able to be compared to spam.
In the same way, any ad for products, sites or services must be submitted to prior agreement with Crickee and cannot be committed without the agreement of Crickee management team.
- To scammers
It is unfortunately becoming increasingly common on the Internet (especially on popular sites) and we do not want this happens to you.
If you meet someone on Crickee that asks you for money, be very careful! You should never give or lend money to someone you've only met online, especially if he lives in another country! It's cool to help friends in need when you can, but do so only for those you have encountered in real life!
If someone asks you for money, please use the "report abuse" so that we can block intruders.
2) Crickee says YES:
- To the respect of the copyrights.
If you do not have the rights of a photo, do not use it in your profile.
Not only is it illegal to use documents without owning the rights, posting pictures of another person induces other users in error. You can clearly post pictures of you that you will have modified, as long as you do not seek to mislead other users.
- To the respect of the differences
Our vast Tribe gathers very diverse cultures, origins and beliefs. That means that the respect of these differences is the utmost priority. Respect the others and do not hesitate to report us abuses you could be victim or witness of.
- To the respect of these Guidlines
If you wish to be able to use Crickee and to maintain durable relationship with other members, make sure you are not reported as an abusive user. If you do not abide by these guidelines, you will first receive a warning; if you keep no respect the rules, your account will hten be blockedfor an unspecified duration which can go to its suspension. It would be a pity, since these guidelines are so simple to respect!
- To the buzz
Make your friends discover Crickee. For full benefit of all Crickee features, all your friends and contacts should be registered on Crickee. Invite them. The more we will be, the more we will develop and implement new features, and the easier it will be to remain in touch with our own Tribe.
